Complexities Of Managing Ageing In Nepal
Our Goal
In the next 5 years Angalo aims to consolidate a strong, evidence-based and effective Senior Citizens National organisation which will facilitate the development of a powerful, sustained and coordinated voice for elderly people's issues.

Our Vision
Angalo's pursuit of equality, equity and human rights is underpinned by our vision of a Nepal that has re-imagined ageing; where Seniors and Citizens of all ages are partners. Angalo will be active in promoting quality ageing, life-long learning, health, happiness and the well-being of Senior Citizens. Spearheading an environment motivated to push new boundaries and live productively.

Our Mission
Angalo's mission is to innovate, advocate and support improvement of the rights, benefits and services that meet the changing needs of Senior Citizens, their care partners and the community. This includes a concerted effort to influence multi-sector-level policy perspectives and responses to ageing. These would also include social protection and social security which would help transform the culture of care within families and care homes in an accountable and transparent manner.
